Arriving in France in late 2023 following a perilous journey across the Mediterranean, Fatima, 34, found herself completely isolated with her three young children. Displaced without documentation, facing language barriers, and enduring material precarity, she lived in perpetual fear of deportation and despair over securing shelter.

Her life took a decisive turn when she walked into one of EFDI's mobile legal clinics.

From the initial consultation, EFDI's multidisciplinary team assumed full stewardship of her case:

1. Meticulous Asylum Application Dossier backed by verifiable evidence documenting persecution in her home country.
2. Dedicated Pro Bono Legal Representation before the National Court of Asylum (CNDA).
3. Emergency Social Mediation with housing authorities to secure safe transitional accommodation and prevent family homelessness.
